Volunteering for an eco tourism local guesthouse in Turkey
Volunteer exchange in Turkey – We run a family pension in Köprülü Canyon National Park, Turkey. We are located in a small village surrounded by beautiful landscapes. We have a big garden where we grow vegetables and we also raise animals, including chickens and sheep. If you would like a local experience in a great outdoor area, you are welcome to join us.

What’s the mission of your community?
We welcome guests in our pension in an ecotourism spirit. We are looking for a volunteer who would like to experience village life. The volunteer would help us with the pension, welcoming guests, basic guiding support, cooking, cleaning, and also help with the garden.
How many volunteers could you host?

When would you need volunteers?
- May to October

- 4–5 hours of help per day

- 5 days of help per week, 2 days off

Yes, we offer food and accommodation.

We will serve typical Turkish food and we can accommodate vegetarians.

We don’t charge any fees.
VISA – could you provide visa support/info/invitation letters?
No, we cannot help with a visa, but we can offer practical assistance and information.
Volunteers’ benefits
You will live in a local village and be surrounded by great landscapes. There are opportunities for outdoor activities such as hiking, climbing, canyoning, kayaking, rafting and swimming. When possible, we can also share local tips and short tours.

Our experience at Erdinc Pansiyon was wonderful. Erdinc and Emine are very kind, they made us feel at home the whole time. The food is delicious, plentiful, and much of it is grown by themselves. The place is wonderful and peaceful. The accommodation was comfortable, and they were very respectful and grateful always. In the free time, they took us to explore the surrounding areas, which are beautiful in the National Park. If you have the chance to go, I highly recommend it.
