A new host reached out through our FB community to share this job opportunity. Sunboo Beach Bungalows is building a friendly team for the island season in Cambodia. These are paid hospitality roles with legal contracts according to local standards. You’ll join a multicultural crew in a beachfront setting, welcoming guests and keeping service smooth during a lively November to April season. Hospitality experience is required, along with a positive attitude and comfort working in a small island community. Daily food and drinks are included; accommodation should be arranged by the staff member. If you enjoy fast-paced service, beach life and meeting travellers from around the world, this could be a great seasonal move.

Start window November; season ends April.
Location: SunBoo Beach Bungalows, Sunset Beach on Koh Rong Sanloem island, Preah Sihanouk Province, Cambodia – Getting there: take a ferry from Sihanoukville to Koh Rong Sanloem (usually Saracen Bay), then either walk the jungle path to Sunset Beach or take a local taxi boat. The walk is about 30–40 minutes over the hill.

Sunboo Beach Bungalows is a small beachfront lodge on Sunset Beach, Koh Rong Sanloem, Cambodia. It has simple wooden bungalows a few steps from the sea, a relaxed bar-restaurant, and a friendly, multicultural crew. Guests come for clear water, long sunsets, and the jungle trail that links Sunset Beach with Saracen Bay.
