El Terreno Specialist Positions in Ecuador – Travel the world and use your skills to make a difference in low-income indigenous communities in the Ecuadorian Andes. You will be an integral part in growing El Terreno’s community and environmental initiatives. We are looking for the following associates:

  • NGO Fundraising Specialist
  • Social Enterprise Marketing Specialist
  • Social Enterprise Finance & Admin Specialist
  • Business Development Specialist
  • Volunteer Coordinator
  • Building & Maintenance Specialist
  • Permaculture & Gardening Specialist

Work alongside the founder and other key stakeholders to help design and implement strategies that will have long-term success. This role offers the chance to apply your skills abroad and tackle new challenges.

Fee transparency

For 20-35 hours a week (Mon-Friday), depending on the option you choose, you’ll dedicate your time to El Terreno activities. We offer two flexible options to suit your availability:

  • Option 1: Work 4 hours per day (25 hours per week) with a $25 weekly contribution to help cover accommodation and utilities.
  • Option 2: Work 6 hours per day (35 hours per week) with no financial contribution required.
