Bote Farms, located in southern Albania, is seeking a team of individuals who are looking for a unique and fun experience.

Update 2023 –  Hi! We have a 16-acre agrotourism farm Bote Farms. After a long delay through the COVID years, we plan to open this summer so people can come and touch the dirt and get close to nature. We are looking for permaculture, garden and animal lovers! Our farm is located in Southern Albania near the Greek border. We provide food and lodging and this spring we will be planting our crops and working on our hiking paths. Come this spring and enjoy the bloom! If you are looking for a summer job, we can use a little help through the season from June – September. Because we will have paying guests you too will be paid. You must make the commitment for the whole season if you want to be part of our staff.

If you want to come by and help this Spring we take volunteers from 3 weeks plus.

NOTE:

WE cannot get you a visa to come to this country! If you can make it to Albania and are going to stay past your VISA time we can handle your paperwork.

Bote farms volunteer opportunities

Bote farms offers a variety of opportunities for those interested in agriculture, cooking, art, and more. “Botë” means World in Albanian and at the farm people from all over, speak different languages. The farm is home to crops, animals, and even a farm-to-table restaurant that showcases the wonders of working the land. It also offers daily tours to tourists, giving them a chance to learn about agriculture and get back to nature.

The farm is in need of kitchen help, farming help, animal care, art and computer assistance, and organization support. The team at Bote Farms is focused on keeping the work environment light and enjoyable.

Requirements & Benefits

This spring 2023, Bote Farms is looking for individuals to participate in a work exchange program for a minimum of one month. In return, they offer good food and good company. If you are available in the summer, there are paid positions available for those who are able to stay longer.
