We are Bote Farms and are looking for a general maintenance grounds keeper to work on our farm team.

If you can start right away (this means you do not require a visa of any kind including evisa), love the outdoors, can work in the sun, have knowledge of tool and general handwork, enjoy animals and have a flexible and positive mindset we would love to connect!

We provide shared accommodation, food for meals, and payment. This is for three months June, July and August 2025.

We house a nice group of international staff for the summer.

Hi! We have a 16-acre agrotourism farm Bote Farms. After a long delay through the COVID years, we plan to open this summer so people can come and touch the dirt and get close to nature. We are looking for permaculture, garden and animal lovers! Our farm is located in Southern Albania near the Greek border. We provide food and lodging and this spring we will be planting our crops and working on our hiking paths. Come this spring and enjoy the bloom! If you are looking for a summer job, we can use a little help through the season from June – September. Because we will have paying guests you too will be paid. You must make the commitment for the whole season if you want to be part of our staff.

If you want to come by and help this Spring we take volunteers from 3 weeks plus.

NOTE:

We cannot get you a visa to come to this country! If you can make it to Albania and are going to stay past your VISA time we can handle your paperwork.

Bote Farms volunteer opportunities

Botë Farms offers a variety of opportunities for those interested in agriculture, cooking, art, and more. “Botë” means World in Albanian and at the farm people from all over, speak different languages. The farm is home to crops, animals, and even a farm-to-table restaurant that showcases the wonders of working the land. It also offers daily tours to tourists, giving them a chance to learn about agriculture and get back to nature.

Requirements & Benefits

This spring 2023, Botë Farms is looking for individuals to participate in a work exchange program for a minimum of one month. In return, they offer good food and good company. If you are available in the summer, there are paid positions available for those who can stay longer.
