A recent post shared by one of our Facebook group members presents an exciting paid opportunity for native English speakers: the chance to join the International Village project in Muszyna, southern Poland. The project, active since 2011, brings together teens from multiple countries to participate in workshops and cultural exchange activities โ and theyโre currently looking for charismatic volunteers to help run the next camp from 5 to 20 September 2025 โจ

Despite the playful tone of their callout, the organisers are experienced and serious about their work. The project has welcomed volunteers from across Europe and offers compensation, including paid flights, meals, and accommodation.
The role doesnโt require prior teaching experience โ in fact, you wonโt be โteachingโ in a formal sense. Your job is to lead creative activities, language games, and group workshops, helping international teens (aged 14โ17) improve their English while having fun. You’ll be surrounded by students from countries like Romania, Bulgaria, Latvia, Slovenia, Turkey, and Poland, all gathered in the peaceful mountain town of Muszyna.
