Volunteer in Bulgaria – help create a forest festival for youth, connection, and growth 🌿

Would you like to spend part of your summer immersed in nature, surrounded by oaks, music, and meaningful conversations? Gora Osaznanie is calling for volunteers to help prepare for the Awareness Festival 2025 in the forest village of Krusha, near Varna and the Black Sea. This unique space hosts events, workshops, and educational gatherings focused on conscious living and youth empowerment.

You’ll be part of a community of changemakers, helping to set up the space, cook, decorate, and mentor Bulgarian teenagers from language high schools. No teaching experience is required — just presence, warmth, and a desire to connect.

What to expect

This is more than a volunteer job — it’s a chance to live in rhythm with the forest and support something that matters. You’ll stay in a tent (your own or shared), eat healthy home-cooked meals, and take part in daily group activities like yoga, meditation, and sound therapy. Evenings are spent around the fire, sharing music and stories.

You’ll also help facilitate cultural exchange through simple conversations — English, French, Spanish, or German all welcome.

Where: Gora Osaznanie, Krusha, Bulgaria – 30 km from Varna 📍

🌿 Call for International Volunteers – Be a Mentor, Co-Creator & Changemaker! 🌍

Would you like to spend part of your summer in nature, supporting a meaningful cause and connecting with young people from Bulgaria? ✨

We’re looking for enthusiastic volunteers to join the Awareness Festival (Osaznanie) preparation team in August 2025 and to become language & cultural exchange mentors for Bulgarian teenagers from language high schools. No special skills required – only a warm heart and willingness to contribute! ❤️

📍 Where

Gora Osaznanie – a magical forest space in the village of Krusha, 30 km from Varna, near the Black Sea and Kamchia River. Surrounded by oaks, this natural hub has a shared kitchen, rope park, stage, tent areas, and a permaculture garden.

📅 When

From 1st to 30th August 2025

Stay between 10 days and 1 month – flexible depending on your availability

The festival itself is from 21st to 24th August
