Volunteering in Thailand at Suwan Organic Farmstay
Accommodation type
Accommodation in our family bungalow (dormitory, 3 4 people maximum).
Couples who want it can apply to stay in a private bungalow if we have availability.
Accommodation and food are offered against participation in agricultural work.

Thai legislation is very restrictive regarding work in Thailand, imposing various constraints.
For this reason, we ask you for a participation of 400 bahts per day per person, approximately 11โฌ (-20% for 2 people / -30% for 3 people / -40% for 4 people).
Inclusions:
- All rates include 3 hearty meals per day, activities, and supervision.
This structure ensures that volunteers are well accommodated, fed, and can engage fully in the farmโs activities while covering the basic costs of their stay.

Seasons description
Rainy season from July to October
This is mainly the rice growing season. We also grow vegetables that require a lot of water, it is also a good time to plant fruit trees and other trees (a good time to remove weeds, brush and perform garden work.
Cold season (winter)
November to February (our favourite season): We grow all kinds of vegetables possible, a big part of tomatoes for a big company that cooks them in different sauces.
Hot season (summer)
from March to June: Harvesting tomatoes and putting undercover โ slowed season given the heat.
Helping Hours
You bring your help to Manu & Aun, for the various tasks of the organic farm 5 hours a day from Monday to Friday.
On weekends you will be free, an opportunity to meet and share with โthe localsโ in full immersion.
Re-energize yourself in nature. We propose to discover the activity of Woofing in Thailand based on contact, exchange and discovery of our organic farm, but not only. Udon Thani is an incredible province that deserves a visit. Welcome to Suwan Organic Farmstay.
Presentation of the day:
- 7 hours / 8 hours: preparation of breakfast
- 8h30> 11h30: Work on the farm
- 11h30> 13h: Preparation of the meal and lunch
- 13h> 15 hours: Rest and free time
- 15h> 17h: Work on the farm, watering and storage for the end of the day
- 19h> 19h30: Evening meal prepared by Manu and Aun, founders and supervisors of the project.
Saturday and Sunday: Free time
Ps: No drugs and alcohol in moderation.
