12 month-long ESC project in POLAND – interculturality & non-formal education

Volunteer opportunities in Poland with ESC โ€“ In CIM Horyzonty we are looking for one motivated person from EU countries for 12 months long ESC project in POLAND (Poznaล„) for our teams of volunteers! From 01/02/2022 to 31/01/2023 you will have a lot of opportunities to develop yourself but also help our local society!

The goal of our program

Our aim is to activate and integrate children, young people and seniors by introducing intercultural and anti-discrimination values to them with non-formal education methods. Our main mission is to offer support and help to our local community, from children to the elderly.

๐Ÿ‘‰Our aim is to activate and integrate children, young people and seniors by introducing intercultural and anti-discrimination values to them with non-formal education methods.

Volunteer opportunities in Poland โ€“ย  ESC Organization:
Project description

6 volunteers will organize workshops and youth meetings with non-formal methods. Other tasks include writing reports of the activities, promoting solidarity and diversification, entrepreneurship and cooperation. The acquired competencies will be used during youth activities. Workshops will be conducted using non-formal education methods.

Benefits โ€“ food and accommodation

The volunteers will live in a student dormitory or in an apartment in a single room with a shared kitchen and bathroom. They will receive a card for public transportation in Poznaล„ (or city bike) if the estimated time for going to work will be more than 15 minutes on foot.

Food is not provided, but there are monthly food allowance payments. Also:

  1. work-oriented training,
  2. first-aid, non-formal education, intercultural training,
  3. language animations,
  4. non-violent communication workshop
  5. the volunteers will take part in On-Arrival and Mid-Term training organized by the Polish National Agency of Europeans Solidarity Corps and Erasmus plus.
Requirements:

A motivated person between 18 and 30 to support our work with animation and implementation of intercultural activities. The volunteer should like various aspects of community work and the general variety of activities during project work.
