WIM What Is Music is a 10-day international gathering in the medieval town of Frías, Burgos, where 250+ artists and participants live, learn, and perform together.
Mornings focus on intensive courses, afternoons on workshops, and nights on concerts and jam sessions in the castle and around town. Volunteer roles do not require artistic background and typically cover entrance control, wristbands, bar support, and cleaning. The key requirement is availability for the full 10 days. The vibe is collaborative and improvisation-driven in a small, scenic setting.
