Looking for some help at Wild & Wandering Backpacker Hostel & Bar in Koh Phangan, Thailand

Updated October 2022 – Hostel exchange in Koh Phangan, Thailand! ๐Ÿ“ฏFull Moon Party, Koh Phangan, Thailand.! Our famously social hostel with the biggest preparties and pool parties in town had a few last-minute cancellations this week, so we could use some extra help in the next week or two if anyone’s in Thailand now. We work all together with a relaxed schedule throughout the month and then a few long days of hard working and hard partying during Full Moon Party! It’s on the 11th of October.

Looking for friendly and energetic people to help manage party pandemonium, help with check-ins, and basic hostel/bar duties.

We have a beach hostel, hotel, and bars, and we manage several buildings along the beach, plus a few buildings in the centre of town, and we are just getting the keys to a 200-bed pool party hostel a few minutes’ walk from our beach buildings.
About us
We are known for being super friendly, casual, and social, and need volunteers to help staff with daily operations, setting up and decorating the new building (though it’s already got so much amazing artwork), and then acting as a social lubricant during Full Moon Party and beyond – greet guests, show them to their rooms, invite them to events and parties, and socialize with them during their stay!
When do we need help?
We are always open to volunteers in the future, but especially need help RIGHT NOW, so if you are in Thailand or on your way and would like free accommodation, drinks, party access, VIP lists, and some meals, in exchange for some hard work and some party work, please message me directly right away! ๐Ÿ™‚

Our famously social hostel with the biggest pre-parties in town is doing some building and changing and decorating between Full Moon Parties, and hosting pre-parties occasionally too over the next few months, so we are looking for some handy, creative, artistic and fun people to help with a relaxed schedule throughout the month and then a few days off hard-working and hard-partying during Full Moon Party!

2 months ago all our volunteers had a great time and extended much longer than planned and we got comfortable, but now they finally need to get back to their travels, so we’re looking to fill their awesome shoes ASAP!

Once again, we’re looking for some help for Full Moon Party and more at Wild & Wandering Backpacker Hostel & Bar! The Full Moon hostel period is from about 24 July to 1 August, but we need help (before and after) that period.

Full Moon – Hostel Volunteer exchange
Help in our hostel and bar in the centre of the Full Moon Party – we’re popular and known to party all night, totally sold out, so it’s gonna be a rager! We need friendly, outgoing people who can help keep the crowd having fun and happy, who can party responsibly and still show up for their shift.
We work hard, play hard and there’s time to hit the parties on the beach and in the jungle too!
Between Full Moon

Between Full Moon we need ARTISTS with re-modelling. We have way too much blank space so we’re looking for unique artists to fill it. Our dream is to give each of our mini-rooms to an artist to create their own custom vision.
