What’s the mission of your community?

We produce everything we need and we forage for wild plants and mushroom. We need help in doing this. I and my 6 years old boy love having people around.

General info

Volunteers can learn about organic and biodynamic farming and wine producing, about wild edible and medicinal plants, about cooking great dishes, how to make jams and preserves, about nature and the environment. They can enjoy breathtaking views and spending time on the beaches or trekking in the mountains and the countryside.

Diet

Our diet is mostly vegetarian and occasionally we have seafood and meat. But vegetarians and vegans have a great variety of food.

No! I cannot help with Visa and travel costs!

What are the volunteers’ benefits?

Cultural exchange, going to the beaches, National Park, visiting monuments, trekking, great views for photos and painting/drawing, piano, learning to cook, learning about biodynamic farming and winemaking etc.

What to do in your free time

Beach, mountains, countryside, ancient sites, medieval villages, great pastry and ice cream shops. See Parco Nazionale del Cilento e Vallo di Diano

How to get to your site

By train to Policastro Bussentino station where we pick up. Or by bus to Scario.
