Joseph’s Dream Appaloosas, located in Namibia, offers an Equine Volunteer Program for individuals passionate about horses and eager to enhance their horsemanship skills. The program focuses on training and backing horses, raising foals, and providing insights into stud management and equine photography. Participants learn to connect and interact with horses in a force-free environment.

The minimum commitment for volunteers is two weeks, with a maximum stay of three months.

For those unable to travel, Joseph’s Dream Appaloosas offers a virtual volunteer experience through the Joseph’s Dream Family platform, allowing enthusiasts to engage with the stud’s activities remotely.
