This project is with Linked Heart Volunteers, a volunteer placement association based in Ghana.
Volunteers can join different community projects, from teaching and farming to healthcare, media, IT, fundraising and cultural activities, usually helping about 4â5 hours per day for 4 days a week. Accommodation is with host families, in shared rooms or private rooms, and three meals a day are provided without a set program fee, while volunteers pay for their visa and return flights. The experience is community-focused and cultural, with chances to learn about Ghanaian life, gastronomy and traditions, and to join eco-tourism and hikes in free time.
