Earn a small amount of money by doing small tasks/operations online
Earn money online while abroad โ There are various ways to legally earn 200โ300 euros on the web. If you want to do it in a very simple way, you can try with online surveys, but only if you find the right website.ย In recent times, we have tried various websites for online surveys, both to earn some extra money or win other products.
The premise is that most of the online survey websites are cumbersome and to earn even 10 euros in Amazon vouchers it can take a lifetime and a lot of wasted time.
Most of these services send out surveys but when you go to fill them out they give you various questions, then throw you out if you don’t have certain requirements, without even crediting you for your time. This inconvenience and the fact that they send surveys randomly (even if your profile is filled with all the necessary data) is only and exclusively a waste of time! Other surveys reward you ridiculous amounts, like 10 cents for 25โ30 minutes of work. As remote workers and digital nomads, we have tried many of them, and they are * ALMOST * all like this. Some of them areย total scams. But some of them are valid.
Up to now, the best we’ve tried so far is YouGov.
Earn with YouGov
YouGov never sends surveys that you cannot take part in and never throw you out after a few questions. All the surveys (ALL) you fill in, accredit you from 25 to 50 points depending on the length (which ranges from 3 to 15 minutes maximum), they are always very simple and not very demanding surveys, it is possible to choose whether to exclude questions of politics, religion and “hot” topics and to each question it is always possible to answer “I don’t know” or “I don’t want to answer”. you can choose from own account the frequency of sending the surveys (I have chosen the faster one but it is not invasive and you can always decide to delete the warning email). The surveys can also be compiled from the website on the phone, without any problem.
When you accumulate 3000 points you can convert them into a 25 euro amazon voucher and when you reach 5000 points you can convert into a 50 euro amazon voucher.
The points grow fast enough and the small earnings come quickly.ย In our opinion, YouGov is the best panel of surveys ever. A little effort allows you to get credits (in Amazon vouchers) from 50 to 300 euros a month quite easily.
With the coupons that we earn, we buy many little things, both on amazon and, with the new amazon payment system also on various sites.
Earn with Quora
Quora is a social network. If you manage to become Quora’s Partner you can make a good amount of money just by asking questions.
Questions such as:
- Are gipsies still wandering the world?
- What was your biggest challenge when you first became a nomad?ย
Asking questions, however, is not enough. The questions have to be:
- well written and curious
- and relevant for the community
- they need to be answered by somebody. (Yes, you can answer your own questions to create good quality contents).
If you are good at writing and you manage to get a lot of views and followers, you can make even more than just 100-200 per month. According to Quora, an average question is worth about 1 dollar/euro (it takes less than 1 minute to ask a question), but some partners are earning more than 2000 dollars/euro per month. This is what I have earned so far after 3 months of experiments:
Quora is also looking for professional figures. If you’re an IT expert you could try your luck and work remotely for them!
2022 Updates on Quora: “Discontinuation of the Partner Program for Quora in English”
Unfortunately, many Quora partners have received this message in recent days:
Thank you for being part of the Quora Partner Program. Your efforts over the past 4 years really made a difference for Quora and we love hearing about the difference the program made in your lives. We are proud of the work weโve been able to do together and now itโs time to move on. The Partner Program for Quora in English will end on September 1 and we hope to work with you in other programs or in other languages where the Partner Program remains active.
You will continue to accrue program earnings until September 30, 2022 on any questions asked before September 1 of this year. After September 30, earnings will no longer accrue on your program content. These changes do not affect the Quora Partner Program for Quora in any other languages.
If you have not already linked a payment account, you have until November 18, 2022 to do so and ensure all earnings will be paid.
We appreciate all of your contributions to the Quora Partner Program and we look forward to continuing to share and grow the worldโs knowledge with you.
It is unclear whether all partners of the Quora English partner program received this message, or whether only non-English speaking partners did.
This decision to ‘discontinue’ the partner program in English will certainly shock many followers of the platform and raises a lot of questions.
First of all, why did they decide to discontinue the program?
What effect will this have on the platform? Will it finally increase the quality of the content, although at the expense of website visits & clicks?
Is this solution temporary or permanent?
Other options to get paid with Quora
In any case, remember that for some time now, even though the Quora program in English will no longer be active as of October 2022, the platform offers other excellent earning opportunities for talented content creators:
- Space earning (revenue sharing on advertisements),
- Space memberships (people pay to join one of your groups/spaces and read its content)
- earn as a writer of the Quora+ programme (finally, those who write articles and answer the questions, get paid based on visits made by Quora+ members).

Earn with your Blog or your YouTube channel
Did you knowโโ You could monetize your passion by developing a website and sharing its articles online. Or you can create videos on Twitch or YouTube.
Sure, it’s not that easy.
It takes a huge amount of time to develop a website or a YouTube channel, but if you are really passionate about something, working hard won’t be a problem. The Internet gave many people the possibility to turn their passion into a profession or a source of income. It is absolutely great! Though only a few people can make it to the point of turning their passion into a job, there’s a good chance that you will at least make 80โฌ-100โฌ per week by writing articles or creating videos online.
Whether you use YouTube or Twitch, (the latter seems to pay better) it has been estimated that you need around 20,000 visits per day to have a ‘reasonable’ monthly income with which you can make a living, although the value of an income depends a lot on where you live. With 1,000โฌ per month in any African country, you can live very well, while in Germany, you will struggle to make ends meet.

Earn with Slice
Slice is an experimental programme but seems to promise small, interesting earnings ($5 – $10 per month) without doing anything.
Basically, Slice is a browser extension that you install on your computer, which will make advertisements appear on your web pages while you surf the web. The more advertisements you see, the more payments you will receive.
Keep in mind, however, that the payments are very low.
During the trial period, we noticed that after seeing 144 advertisements, the payout was only 0.04 cents.
Do not install it if you hope to make big money.
We will come back to edit this paragraph should we find out more about the Slice programme.

No way guys.
I tried both YouGov and Quora.
MAYBE, and I say it again, MAYBE in the past it was easy to earn money from YouGov and Quora but now… it’s really just a big exploitation on the part of this giant networks owners…
Yougov: In two years I barely managed to receive enough surveys to get 2500 points. The minimum amount of points to get the minimum reward is 3000 points (equal 25 euros). 2 years and I am still waiting to get enough points to get the minimum reward of 25 euros to spend on Amazon or put on Paypal… It’s such a joke!
Quora… I managed to ask questions and obtained answers that were able to gather hundred thousands of views and I only got a couple of euros for each one of these multi-followed and viewed questions… Years ago I could make about 100 euros per month with Quora, now, if I work the same amount of hours I only get 20 euros-30 euros per month. All the articles, answered and questions I produced (and with me all the other Quorans) are making Quora owners richer and richer, while we spend our time writing for Quora jus for small coins, as if we were their writing slaves… What a shame. I wish people would not be so attached to money so that these corporations could not thrive and prosper on our poor shoulders.
My advice? Look for some better online jobs opportunities!
Cheers and good luck everybody.
