Are you a writer or editor looking to use your skills for a good cause? This page features a variety of volunteer opportunities for writers and editors. Most volunteer writers and editors are provided with board and lodging, however, it is important to note that in some developing countries, participation as a volunteer may require a financial contribution to be agreed upon with the host organization. It is important to discuss all details, including insurance and travel costs, with the host organization beforehand.

Voluntouring does not act as a mediator and does not receive any remuneration from the organizations or hosts when a volunteer is selected.
