Volunteering as a veterinary staff member or as an unqualified member

Inform yourself carefully before contacting an organization. You need to know in advance what kind of experience you want to have.
Some organizations offer volunteer work with animals that are open to all people who want to help animals in need and are willing to do different types of work. It could be work in the field or administration. You could even do both.
Some organizations are strictly in need of veterinarians or veterinary nurses. So they require qualification.
