🔨 What’s the plan?
We are transforming beautiful, historic villas into a vibrant coliving space for remote workers, volunteers, and anyone who wants to take a break from frustrating city life. All genders, backgrounds, and experience levels are welcome. Your energy and curiosity matter more than your résumé.

- People who love gardening, DIY, or eco-living
- Individuals open to teamwork and cultural exchange
- STEM folks welcome too, there are also startup opportunities

Flexible hours tailored to your skills, preferences, and what you enjoy most, in exchange for free accommodation in private or shared rooms. The schedule depends on many factors and is agreed individually. We maintain a stress-free environment and are conscious of what we ask given what we offer. Expectations vary depending on when you join, as bedroom conditions and demand will change significantly between now and summer.

- Pet-friendly 🐾 (even horses 🐴)
- 🚲 Bikes provided, about 10 minutes (flat) to the train station
- Nature all around for hiking 🥾, climbing 🧗, and biking 🚵
- I speak Italian, English, and German fluently
- Food: currently not included, partnerships and bulk buying are in progress
- Community activities: Italian and English lessons, cooking lessons, MTB tours, hiking and climbing tours, yoga and meditation sessions (growing over time)
