Eka Cave Maison is a five-room boutique cave hotel in Ayvalı village, Ürgüp (Cappadocia). Hand-carved rooms mix traditional stone architecture with modern touches like floating beds and XXL showers; selected suites include private heated “black-water” pools. The owners—local restorers and guides—welcome volunteers and young creatives year-round to support social media, photo/video content, copywriting, and small promo projects; occasional guest-experience help may be asked. In return, you’ll live on site, learn about Cappadocia and Anatolian hospitality, and build a real portfolio in a unique setting.
