Leadership Residents Program
The Leadership Residency is a professional development opportunity based in Harpswellโ€™s leadership centers in Phnom Penh. Leadership Residents (LRs) support, mentor, teach, collaborate with and live alongside our Cambodian Womenโ€™s Leadership students and alumnae. Harpswell envisions a program that nurtures leadership in action, broadens perspectives and creates a lifelong community of young women leaders from all over the world.
