Season of service

The season kicks off at the end of May and goes through July 25, 2024.

Compensation and perks

Volunteers who live more than 30 miles away can enjoy dorm-style housing to ensure theyโ€™re close to the action, with limited RV spots also available for a home-away-from-home experience. The accommodations are a mere 4 miles from the park, meaning the beauty of the Ozarks is always at your doorstep.

The pay is something to celebrate, with starting wages at $15 per hour and management roles at $20 per hour. Plus, an end-of-summer retention bonus of up to $3 per hour is offered for those who see the season through. Full-time hours are on the table, making it a substantial summer earning opportunity.

Requirements

Applicants must be 18 or older by May 1, 2024, able to pass a background check, and authorized to work in the U.S.
