Compensation and perks

Volunteers who live more than 30 miles away can enjoy dorm-style housing to ensure they’re close to the action, with limited RV spots also available for a home-away-from-home experience. The accommodations are a mere 4 miles from the park, meaning the beauty of the Ozarks is always at your doorstep.

The pay is something to celebrate, with starting wages at $15 per hour and management roles at $20 per hour. Plus, an end-of-summer retention bonus of up to $3 per hour is offered for those who see the season through. Full-time hours are on the table, making it a substantial summer earning opportunity.

Requirements

Applicants must be 18 or older by May 1, 2024, able to pass a background check, and authorized to work in the U.S.
