Finca Argayall, located on La Gomera in the Canary Islands, offers a volunteer program designed for individuals interested in community living and personal growth. Volunteers are expected to contribute 30 hours per week in various departments, including kitchen assistance, housekeeping, and permaculture gardening. In return, they receive accommodation in a single room or garden hut with shared bathroom facilities, three daily vegetarian meals, and access to daily meditation and yoga sessions, as well as special events.

The minimum commitment for volunteers is two months. Prospective volunteers are encouraged to send a brief CV with a recent photo, a personal introduction, and their desired timeframe for volunteering to the crew manager.

In addition to the volunteer program, Finca Argayall offers work exchange opportunities for guests staying longer than three weeks. Guests can reduce their accommodation costs by working 12 hours per week for stays of three weeks, or 20 hours per week for stays of six weeks or more. This arrangement allows guests to participate in the community while enjoying the finca’s amenities.
