Free Will Community is looking for creative volunteers in Anjuna, Goa, based at Bunkd Hostels near the beach. Volunteers can facilitate workshops and skill exchanges such as yoga, arts and crafts, music, dance, gardening, permaculture, and other creative activities. The project aims to build community through shared learning, cultural exchange, and sustainable ideas. Accommodation is provided and meals are shared with staff and volunteers. Free Will Community is looking for creative volunteers and activity facilitators for workshops, skill exchange and to create an enriching learning environment at Bunkd Hostels based in Anjuna, Goa, just a short walk from the beach. Connect and create as part of a community of travellers in Goa, India. Is there anything you have always wanted to learn, share or try? Does the idea of working together, exchanging ideas and being surrounded by different cultures interest you?
We invite you to bring your skills, talents and experiences as a volunteer.
Activities
We are especially looking for volunteers helping in the following areas, but we welcome anything similar that is not mentioned.
- Slacklining
- Juggling/Poi
- Hand poke tattooing
- Music
- Soap making
- Yoga (no TTC required, just a passion to share the practice)
- Upcycling
- Arts and crafts
- Gardening and permaculture
- Dance
- Macrame
Benefits
Accommodation will be provided and meals will be shared between staff and volunteers.
Requirements

About the project
Free Will Community is a travellers initiative to create sustainable experiences and unique connections whilst travelling. It is a place and space to explore ideas, discuss and actualize new systems of a community and its cultures. Together we can move away from harmful practices and exploitation, and contribute to a healthier relationship with the planet and each other.
