Selection for Volunteering
- Filling the questionnaire โ The volunteer fills out a questionnaire and information about themselves (full name, contacts, interests, work direction).
- Interviews โ The applicant goes through two stages of an interview at Alabuga International School.
- Transfer โย The volunteer buys tickets to Russia (Yelabuga city) at his own expense (the cost of tickets is compensated upon arrival).
- Temporary employment โย Based on the results of interviews, a contract for work lasting from 1 to 6 months is signed with the volunteer.
- Permanent employment โ A volunteer who has proven their effectiveness and interest in regular work is accepted to the main staff.
