We are building slowly and carefully. If you can help with content, visuals, moderation, tech, or legal support, please contact us and tell us what you can do and how much time you can realistically offer.
Safety, safeguarding, and responsible moderation
Some roles here involve moderating communities or reviewing submissions. That means protecting privacy, avoiding harm, and applying extra care with any content involving children or vulnerable people, including vulnerable women.
We do not want volunteers replacing trained staff, and we do not promote roles that involve unsupervised caregiving. When listings touch sensitive contexts, we expect clear roles, supervision, boundaries, consent, and respectful language. If you join as a moderator, you may be asked to follow internal guidelines for reporting, escalation, and confidentiality.
We do not run background checks and we do not guarantee any host or volunteer. We may remove content that appears unsafe, exploitative, or that violates our community rules, especially when it involves children or vulnerable people.
Data, privacy, and scope
Collaborators should treat personal data carefully and only use it for project tasks. Do not share private messages, emails, or personal details publicly.
Voluntouring.org is a directory and community platform: volunteers and hosts contact each other directly and agree on conditions together.
Please do your own due diligence before committing, ask clear questions, and read the pages below for the legal and privacy framework.

My name is Wina from Indonesia and I live my life to the fullest and well provided but I think I had enough and now and it is time for me to serve people of Afghan who in needs, I always have wanted to be a volunteer for the Afghan, however, I don’t know where to start and I am willing to fly to Afghan at the first opportunity. I don’t know what I can do there but I believe I have many basics skills that able to teach and to share with girls and boys who are in need.

Every January for the past ten years, I have committed my time and energy to teach and train young individuals, empowering them to rise above their circumstances and aspire for a brighter future.
As an English lecturer teaching on bachelor programmes in life sciences* at the University of Applied Sciences Zurich (ZHAW), my professional expertise complements my passion for volunteerism. The synergy between formal education and grassroots initiatives has proven effective in fostering holistic development among the youth.
This year, I am eager to extend my support beyond the borders of India. Vietnam, with its rich cultural tapestry and dynamic youth population, is my next destination. My name is Andrii.
I am looking for volunteer projects, farms, ecology projects, pet sitting, etc… in Vienna, where I can live and work, receiving food and possibly small pocket money in return.
I worked in construction, so I am ready for physical work, I also have experience of volunteering in the “caritas”, this experience gave me some communication skills and love to work with people.
I communicate in Ukrainian, Polish, Russian and English at the fluent level, I also learn German and want to improve my German skills.
For me, an important condition is free time, at least 4 hours daily, which would allow me to see friends and get to know the city, also i need to stay in Vienna or near, because i am interested in this exact city.
