Happy Bus is a summer volunteer project run by the Happy Kids Foundation in Poland.
It has been operating since 2010 and sends one or more buses around small towns and villages during the school holidays. The bus works as a mobile playground with bouncy attractions, sports, games, workshops and language activities, especially English, for children who often cannot afford holidays away from home. Volunteers from Poland and abroad help run activities, lead simple language lessons and support inclusive play. As for 2025, there are still fresh calls for volunteers for the Happy Bus project shared in October 2025, which strongly suggests it is still running this year, though exact dates and conditions may vary each summer.
