The Palestinian Society for Care & Development (PSCD) is a nonprofit based in the Al Amari refugee camp, in Al Bireh, Palestine.

It was founded around 1998 to assist disabled people, refugees, and vulnerable families locally. Over time it expanded its services: education, women’s support, health clinic, and community development projects. PSCD welcomes volunteers, including short-term and long-term stays, and encourages new ideas and leadership from them. They aim to improve living conditions in the camp and promote dignity, hope, and sustainable change.
