Au Petit Boisé is a 14-acre micro-farm in Dunham, Canada. It has forest, gardens, herbs, a greenhouse, a pond, and an edible forest with fruits, berries, and nuts.
The farm uses simple, low-tech methods and grows vegetables for local families. Volunteers and interns can join for a season to learn farming skills, such as planting, greenhouse care, pest control, harvesting, and preparing orders. The expected help is about 30 hours per week, with flexible days. Accommodation is basic but comfortable, in a cabin or large tents. No previous experience is required.
