Our mission is to empower vulnerable groups such as widows, abused women, the homeless and particularly street boys the elderly, and the youth so that they can become self-reliant.

We can host volunteers of all ages (senior volunteers and minors are welcome). For the underage volunteers, a letter from their parents/guardians will be required for legal reasons.

Volunteers with disabilities are welcome.ย For the disabled, we do engage them in activities in our partner organizations such as special schools for the deaf and CP (cerebral palsy)

We provide a protein, a starch, and a vitamin in each meal. We also cater for vegetarians and vegans.

Fee transparency ๐Ÿ†“๐Ÿ”

While there are no fees to volunteer with us, we kindly ask volunteers to consider contributing to fuel and maintenance costs when we travel to the field. Due to the challenging road conditions in our country, vehicle upkeep is particularly expensive. However, such contributions are entirely voluntary, and we leave it up to each volunteer’s discretion to decide.

Volunteers’ benefits ๐Ÿ†๐Ÿ…

Those who volunteer with us are issued with a certificate at the end of their volunteering. We also organize cultural exchange programs and if the volunteers are traveling as a group, we organize a game drive at the Lake Nakuru National Park.

What are the available activities during free time? ๐Ÿšด๐Ÿšฃ๐Ÿฆ’

During their free time, volunteers can visit the famous Lake Nakuru National Park, famous for the pink Flamingoes and a host of other wild animals such as lions, zebras, Elephants, etc.

Our place is located about 150kms west of the Kenyan capital Nairobi. One can get here by bus which takes around three hours to get there.
