If you are searching for volunteering opportunities for minors, please note that Voluntouring.org currently publishes volunteering and work exchangeA work exchange is an arrangement in which a traveller contributes an agreed amount of help to a host in return for benefits such as accommodation, meals or learning opportunities. Conditions vary by host. opportunities only for adults aged 18 or over.
Young people can still find volunteering, community activities and youth programmes through organisations that are specifically equipped to work with participants under 18. Age limits, parental consent, supervision and safeguarding requirements vary between organisations and countries.

Voluntouring.org does not publish or promote placements that accept volunteers under 18. Older listings may still appear in this archive, but their presence does not mean that they currently accept minors or are recommended as under-18 placements.
If you are under 18
A good starting point is to look for established youth programmes in your own country or community. Schools, municipal youth services, recognised charities, youth organisations and official volunteering portals may offer activities designed specifically for younger participants.
You can also explore the Red Cross and Red Crescent volunteering network, which directs prospective volunteers to their local National Society, or find a local organisation through World YMCA. Always check the minimum age and participation requirements of the local programme.

Voluntouring.org only accepts new volunteer and work exchange listings for participants aged 18 or over. Opportunities specifically accepting volunteers under 18 cannot be published through our host form.
