A Volunteer experience in Palestine โ The program will be hosted by Birzeit municipality, most of the activities will take place in Ramallah. Participants will have the opportunity to explore the city, collaborate with locals, get a real insight into the Palestinian community, and the opportunity to explore The Holy Land with locals and other international residents. Through various workshops, discussions, debates on cultural and political topics, etc., young people will exchange ideas and new suggestions with local people.

What kind of participants are we looking for?
- 1. Creative, motivated and self-initiative people with a passion for learning, open to knowing and respecting different cultures, willing to share skills and ideas, and can adapt to sometimes unpredictable life conditions.
- 2. Slovenian citizenship or permission for permanent or temporary residence in Slovenia during the youth exchange.
- 3. Age between 18 and 30 years of age

What we cover:
- 1. Transportation costs to the youth exchange up to 360 Euros (including all the transfers, insurance, etc.) – reimbursed only AFTER the presentation of all the travel proofs!
- 2. Accommodation and food (volunteers will share an apartment).

Volunteers’ benefits ๐๐
The program will be hosted by the municipality of Birzeit. Participants will get the chance to explore the city, engage with locals, get a real insight into the Palestinian community and the chance to explore the Holy Land with locals and other internationals. Through various workshops, discussions, debates on cultural, and political topics, etc, the youth will exchange ideas and new proposals with the local population.
The program will be carried out during the week. The weekend program will be discussed during the youth exchange with all the participants and according to their wishes (free, leisure time or organized trip etc.).

We will help all volunteers with organizing transportation from the airport to the site and vice versa.
