Hope Case Foundation (HCF) is a non-profit organization operating in Eastern Uganda, with its head office located in Busia Municipality, Busia District, near the Uganda-Kenya border. Established in 1997 by Ugandan Christian women, HCF is registered as a company limited by guarantee with the Ministry of Justice and Constitutional Affairs in Uganda.
