Come and support our guest business on beautiful Finca Argayall, an eco-community and holistic retreat centre on the Canary Islands. – We are looking for a receptionist to work in our guest department. You bring preferably experience in tourism, good communication skills as well as social media skills, computer knowledge and speak German, English and preferably also Spanish. You are a team player, friendly, social, flexible, on point and like complex planning tasks:

• write emails,
• book guests and plan their journey to the Finca,
• do bills, check-ins and check-outs,
• show the guests around the place
• and coordinate with our kitchen team, housekeeping team and boat team to bring people in.

As we host seminars, this will be also one of your tasks to plan arrivals, stay and departures with the group leaders and make sure they have a great time!

• The place can get very busy with full groups and during high season, so a grounded and focused attitude can be helpful.
• You want to change your lifestyle long-term, which means you can see yourself on the Finca for more than one year.
• You are also interested in sustainable living, community culture, meditation and personal growth.
• We are also looking for a gardener and a handyman, please share 🙂

Finca Argayall, an eco-community and holistic retreat centre on the Canary Islands, is looking for a trained gardener with experience in permaculture (maybe even in the Canary island climate). Our garden department works a veggie garden, a fruit plantation and the landscape garden of our living space. You should bring a long-term perspective and be willing to take over the leading of the team in time. Your vital interest in community life, sustainable living, meditation and personal growth is important for us.
