Volunteering in South Korean countryside close to Busan

Hello everyone, I am now volunteering in the countryside of South Korea (South East, close to Busan). The structure where I am (Cloudberry Farm) is looking quite often for volunteers to help them in their projects!
This is an indoor farm (strawberries, sweet potatoes, tomatoes…) which offers English lessons and cooking classes in English, and also tours for families and children.

The mission of the project

The aim of this project is to bring life back in the countryside, and re-dynamize this village of South Korea ๐Ÿ˜ƒ
The work is really well organized (weekly schedule, no more than 25 hours per week with 2 days off), and it is mostly farm work and taking care of the guests who come for visiting
The living conditions are really good.

Food and accommodation

they provide food and accommodations, and the Korean staff bring us often outside for visiting or locals events/activities (badminton, karaoke, Korean buffet…) ๐Ÿ™‚
Those who have a Working Holiday Visa, could have an income (directly negotiate with them).

As they need people, there are on average 10 volunteers so the ambience is really cool!

Otherwise, the minimum stay length is 4 weeks minimum

  1. Hey.. I am willing to do this. Do they teach you a bit of Korean too?? I am free from the 15th of October till the 12th of October. So not quite the 4 weeks needed but I would be keen if they could have me.
