The Free Will Community is a volunteer-driven initiative based in Anjuna, Goa, India, operating from Bunkd Hostels. It brings together travelers, creatives, and volunteers to create an environment of skill-sharing, cultural exchange, and sustainable living.
This community offers various opportunities for volunteers to contribute in creative and hands-on ways. Volunteers can engage in activities such as slacklining, juggling, music, yoga, arts and crafts, gardening, and sustainable practices like upcycling. The initiative thrives on skill exchanges, meaning anyone with knowledge to shareâwhether itâs hand poke tattooing, soap making, dance, or macrameâis welcome.
In return for their contributions, volunteers receive accommodation, and meals are shared among the community members. While longer stays of at least one month are preferred, the community remains open to short-term volunteers who are genuinely interested in contributing to the collective experience.
