Free courses online and other interesting websites  – We know that many of you are at home right now, balancing work, family, and the unexpected challenge of home-schooling or online schooling during the quarantine period. As a website built on connecting people through meaningful experiences and global learning, we wanted to do our part to help.

We’ve searched the web and gathered a list of excellent online resources for parents, guardians, and students. Many of these have been generously made free during the lockdown, while others are always free to access. We aren’t affiliated with any of these providers; we just wanted to share tools we think can genuinely make this time easier and more enriching.

We’ve included resources across a variety of subjects (with a slight lean toward STEM, since many of us come from teaching and science backgrounds), and we’ve focused on ones that are not only educational but also engaging enough to keep learners interested.

Please feel free to share this with anyone who might find it useful. This is our small contribution to the collective effort during COVID-19.

Thank you to everyone out there supporting one another – you continue to inspire us every day. 🙏🏻

Your child most likely already has schoolwork set by their teachers, and the resources we’ve gathered can certainly support that. But one of the wonderful things about learning at home is the chance it gives young people to explore subjects that truly spark their curiosity. We encourage you to let them follow those interests – it’s often where the most meaningful learning happens!

We’ve spent the past few days compiling this list to make things a little easier for families, and we’d love for as many people as possible to benefit from it. Please feel free to share it widely.
