Yes! There is a beach with a cat sanctuary!
Volunteers are welcomed to join us for short or long-term stays.
Activities on our Beach – shelter
- Cleaning,
- caring for the cats,
- building,
- admin,
- social media,
- fundraising events,
- education
…and outreach work to help care for 300 rescued cats and kittens!
Exchange opportunity
You can explore the fascinating Penang which has it all:
- multicultural environment,
- nature and wildlife,
- countrysideย and the city,
- historical and 21st-century sites.
Work requested
Volunteers put in 1 or 2 shifts:
about 5 to 6 hours per day,
Food and accommodation in the cat sanctuary
Basic food and cooking supplies provided; accommodation:ย we offer a variety of housing based on “1st come, 1st served”.
Genuine cat lovers sincerely willing to do what it takes most welcome to join our all-volunteer Cat Care Team.
