Bhakti Yoga Ashram in Ticul, Yucatán, Mexico, is inviting volunteers to support a temple construction project and daily ashram life.
The community is friendly and devotional, with visitors from Mexico and abroad. Volunteers help in construction, gardening and maintenance, kitchen support, and temple housekeeping while learning about Bhakti Yoga through optional morning programs, kirtan, and talks. The exchange includes shared accommodation and two full vegetarian meals per day plus a light dinner. The schedule is about 25 hours per week across five days, and the minimum stay is one month. The climate can be hot, so a steady pace and self care are important. A respectful attitude, adaptability, and willingness to learn matter more than prior building experience. Spanish or English is welcome. On free days you can explore cenotes, Mayan sites, and small Yucatecan towns nearby.
