The community upholds eco-friendly practices, including veganism, alternative construction methods, solar energy utilization, and waste recycling. Volunteers are expected to participate in seva (selfless service) for 25–35 hours per week, which encompasses tasks like cooking, cleaning, and maintaining community facilities. While accommodations are provided at no cost, volunteers share the expense of vegan meals, amounting to approximately 600 INR per day
