My name is Joseph Fredrick Cosmas a founder of Rehoboth Group Organisation a non-profit organisation that provides safe, nurturing and stimulating Daycare and preschool education to children from low-income families and Vulnerable in Tanzania Dar es Salaam City, Our sim is to give children a solid foundation for lifelong learning and success. We believe that every child deserves access to high-quality education regardless of their background or financial situation. At Rehoboth Group we strive to be a beacon of hope and opportunity for our community, one child at a time. And we really appreciate the Volunteer’s support in these efforts

What does Rehoboth mean?

“Rehoboth” means “wide open spaces” or “room to grow.”

It comes from a Bible story where Isaac names a well Rehoboth after finding a peaceful place to live without arguments. It symbolizes God giving him space and blessing, allowing him to flourish without conflict. Today, it’s also used to represent freedom, abundance, and a new start, especially after facing struggles​.

Culture exchange we offer.

Volunteers will have a chance to immerse themselves in our culture and learn our language. We organize visits to the city, local markets, Zanzibar Island, and National parks. Inside the house, we teach how to make some African foods.
