International permaculture and volunteer centre in Portugal
Volunteer in Portugal โ Hi all happy volunteer! I just want to recommend a fantastic place for volunteers in Portugal. If you want to stay in nature, be one with yourself, come as you are and be accepted for hue you are I really think Mama-Adama Alpacka Farm is like a paradise. I actually ended up there for a tourist-tour to see the animals, it ended up that I asked if I could stay as a tourist and two days after I was in my paradise. Why I recommend this is because I also had nice days with the volunteers, asking and seeing how really everyone, even me, felt like a family. There is a good connection from both Lisbon and Faro, good taxidriver that speak perfect English Grandola. Now I am in Lagos just want to go back haha. Maybe we see each other in the future on the farm.
About Covid in Portugal, people have respect and wear masks, and really do their best. And as human beings, that’s all we can do.

Are you interested in working with us and staying on the beautiful land of Mama Adama? During the process of building the eco-village, which we hope to complete in the summer of 2021, we are looking for volunteers who like to work in the garden, weeding, turning the earth, experienced with composting, planting and irrigation system, eco-friendly construction and permaculture, but it’s most important that you have a hands-on mentality and like to live in a rural natural environment and are open-minded.
We created a wonderful volunteer program. You can help on the land to clean the garden, planting trees and help in the kitchen. In return, you can stay on the land with us and enjoy nature and activities.
