Mobile Info Team is a Thessaloniki-based NGO that supports refugees and asylum seekers in Greece with clear information and case support through hotlines, messaging, in-person information sessions and legal casework. The group began in 2016 in Idomeni and now works mainly across Northern Greece. It is a project of the Dutch foundation Mushkila Kabira and is registered in Greece as an AMKE.
They recruit for on-the-ground roles that help people navigate the asylum system and contribute to research and advocacy. Openings are posted on their site under Join our team, and have included senior casework and legal coordination. One current example is a Legal Project Manager post based in Thessaloniki, a full-time paid role that requires relevant legal experience and EU work eligibility, with applications accepted by email. If you do not see a fit, they invite open applications through the same page.
Their Facebook and Instagram channels share service updates and give a sense of day-to-day work and language coverage, which includes Arabic, Farsi, Urdu, English and French. Check the website for current needs, commitment length and whether roles are paid or voluntary before you apply.
