Finca La Isa is a friendly mountain hostel and villa retreat in Cruz de Tejeda, the green heart of Gran Canaria.
Volunteers join a small team for a minimum of four weeks and help about 25 to 30 hours each week. Typical tasks include welcoming guests, cleaning shared areas and rooms, helping with check-ins and simple kitchen duties, looking after the garden and supporting small events or basic admin. In return, you receive accommodation and vegetarian meals in a calm place with terraces, barbecue space, a shared hot tub and wide views of the volcanic mountains. The atmosphere is social and relaxed, with guests often gathering to share breakfast or dinner. It suits people who enjoy hospitality, nature and quiet evenings under the stars. The project does not cover visas or travel costs, so applicants should already have the right to stay in Spain and be comfortable living in a rural setting.
