Harvesting the grapes is one of the decisive stages that comes at the end of a series of work phases that must be carefully evaluated each time and which, if well-executed, will lead to a good qualitative wine.

When is grape harvesting season?

The harvest time can depend on a number of factors: climatic conditions, production area, soil composition, type of grape or type of wine to be made.

The moment of the harvest implies

• accurate knowledge of the grapes that will be harvested
• a careful analysis of the weather
• the optimal conditions that will determine the subsequent phase of transformation into wine.
