Volunteer in Cambodia as a beauty expert – We are a Spa and Yoga Studio located in the heart of Siem Reap, Cambodia. Sugar Spa Siem Reap is a social venture offering professional hygienic, quality technical & natural luxury salon and spa services. Sugar has partnered with a local NGOs, we provide employment to vulnerable local women, a safe, well-paid job that empowers them. We provide advance training by bringing educators from all around the world to work directly with our staff.
We are looking for a SPA & BEAUTY EXPERT, 2-5 years experience ( ideally specialised in massages, lashes and make up) that can help us training and supervising our staff.
As our Beauty and Spa volunteerTrainer we ask you to help us for about 4-5h a day 5 days a week. In exchange we offer 2 meals a day, private accommodation with private bathroom in our partner Guesthouse. During time off: free yoga classes and free spa treatments from the training staff, free use of bicycle, swimming pool.
We look ideally minimum for 2 months commitment (but we are open discuss it).

We offer 2 nourishing meals a day. We can accommodate Vegetarians and Vegans, please let us know before coming.

We do not charge any fee. But we do not cover flights, transports, health insurance, visa etc.

What to do in the free time
Exploring the majestic Angkor Wat complex of temples. Chill in the relaxing vibe of Siem Reap, there are many restaurants and cafe. Cycle in the countryside through the lotus fields. Get to know the community of expats and travellers that come to our spa and yoga centre.

We are located in the heart of Siem Reap, Cambodia. Siem Reap is a tourist city that grew over the last decades due to the majestic heritage site of Angkor Wat. Despite the amount of tourist it’s pretty chilled vibe and the centre is quite small, it’s easy to move by walk or by bike.
The climate is tropical, hot all year round, with a rainy season from June to November (it may rain one time a day, the nature is really lush, we really love this time of the year), the best time to visit is probably from November to January, in April and May can be dry and hot.
How to get to your site
Siem Reap has an airport, many flight companies operate, also AirAsia. We have also a well developed net of buses connection, within Cambodia and also with Thailand, Vietnam and Lao, if you prefer to come by land.

Yes!

No, we cannot accommodate paying guests. We only need volunteers
