NCS is a Not for profit, Non-Government Organization.
It was established to serve and spread the “cycling” philosophy in any possible way.
We support advocacy, education, consult to groups, talk to stakeholders and work with a number of organisations in the 2 wheeled space.

- Events for awareness and promotion of cycle lanes
- Advocacy and lobbying to implement the cycle lanes in major cities
- Advocacy the rules for the safety
- Provide consultant services, perform a feasibility study, suggest best possible designs for cycle lanes and cycle stands

Our team consists of social activists, social worker, urban planner, transport engineer and architects committed to making the dream of cycling anywhere -safety and -reality.

Hi.
I’m a photographer and documentary film maker with experience for making films for UNICEF, Tata Trusts, etc. I’m planning to take a break from my work and travel to Thailand, Vietnam and Cambodia.
I did my MA in Mass Communication and Journalism from Tezpur Central University, Assam. My BA was in English.
I’m an astrophotographer and hace been doing astronomy outreach in my region using telescopes.
