Life there is a mix of check-ins, cocktails, late-night chats, and spontaneous connections. The team values people who know how to keep the atmosphere relaxed, social, and fun – whether you’re helping behind the bar or greeting guests at the front desk.
Your role
Volunteers usually pitch in with whatever keeps the place running smoothly and the guests smiling. That might mean:
- Welcoming travellers and helping with reception
- Pouring drinks or tidying up the bar area
- Chatting with guests and making sure the vibe stays easy and open
No strict job descriptions – just a willingness to help and be part of the crew.
