This work exchangeA work exchange is an arrangement in which a traveller contributes an agreed amount of help to a host in return for benefits such as accommodation, meals or learning opportunities. Conditions vary by host. takes place at an international coliving community in eastern Finland. The host is looking for one or two volunteers to help with community dinners, local activities, trips and welcoming new residents. Help is around 2–3 hours a day, 5 days a week. In exchange, volunteers receive a private room in a shared apartment, reliable Wi-Fi, access to a coworking space and sauna. Food is not included, and there is no participation fee.
