Mission:

• Coordinate the teams of international volunteers (5-12 pers)
• Organize the work, handle the emergencies, security, and behaviors
• Do the recruitment and welcoming

İmece gives a lot of space to the initiative so do not hesitate to talk with us about specific projects.

Requirements

• – English required, Arabic or Turkish a plus
• – 4 months of stay minimum
• – initiative, independence, flexibility
• – Capacities to live in community and soft leadership

The number of hours: you will be a member of the permanent team so you can organize yourself as you want.

Summer is usually very busy and winter very calm.
