   Job description
- Â Â Â 1. Job title: English Teacher;
- Â Â Â 2. Provide English course to students of all ages (3 to 12 mainly);
- Â Â Â 3. Give demonstration classes to new and prospective students and participate in marketing activities;
- Â Â Â 4. Attend weekly meetings, training, workshops and do all required paperwork (lesson plans, study plans, activity planning, and other tasks);
- Â Â Â 5. Handle class sizes from 4-6;
- Â Â Â 6. 5 working days per week, available (must work) on weekend;
- Â Â Â 7. Working hours per week: 35 (30 Classes + non-teaching); each class is 40 minutes long
   Benefits Package
   1. Basic salary with Housing allowance: 18,000+ RMB per month (before tax);
   2. Bonus system
- Â Â Â a. Contract completion bonus: up to 15,000RMB;
- Â Â Â b. Bonus for new teacher recommendation;
- Â Â Â c. Overtime pay: 150 RMB per extra class taught,
