This Sicily volunteer exchange is hosted by Anna in a traditional countryside house in the hills between Erice and Segesta, about 12 km from the sea near Trapani. She is a slow traveller and opens her home to helpers who would like to stay for about one month in spring. In exchange for food and accommodation, volunteers help with small maintenance jobs, painting and work in the vegetable garden. If the collaboration goes well, there may be the chance to support the BnB side of the project too, helping to organise yoga retreats and creative meetings at âCasa vacanze Colombaâ. The atmosphere is relaxed and family-like, with plenty of time to enjoy the Sicilian countryside. Anna offers full hospitality but cannot provide visa support or invitation letters, so only people who already have the right to enter Italy should apply.
